Are you talking to me? If so, I am going to be altering it so it will look different to others. But I might change my mind once I have received it.

Id say its proably true to size although it could have done with a bit of elastic just below the bust. The zip is helpful when getting it on becuse there is no stretch in the material. I would have got it if they had it in a smaller size because it does look lovely on, by far the most flattering piece in the collection.

I'll probably end up getting a refund because they don't cater for taller girls and so it will probably fit me wrong and be tight.

What size did you get if you don't mind me asking? I am thinking the dress won't fit me and I should had gone one size up...although, my breast are small - is this where it is tight? Or is it tight elsewhere?

I got a size 6 and its tight under the breast and im quite small as well and then loose from underneath. there is a zip as well so it fits nicely. the sizes are definately true to size unlike topshops normal stock . it was by far the nicest thing in there

6 is the smallest in this range. topshop occasionaly do a size 4.


I cant remember if I actually picked it up and looked at the back. from what I remember, yes it did look cheap, VERY short and shapeless. If youre flat chested like me then the cut out bits will rise up and look crap. if you have a bosom then it might work a little better fit wise but i think you'd be in danger of looking tarty. I think its one to avoid unless you are very petite with a slight bust.

Thanks! I'm so disappointed. It was the only piece from the collection that I was considering. I'm flat-chested too, but I don't understand. Shouldn't it not rise up and stay put with a flat chest?

i honestly don't see the point in selling this stuff on ebay, esp if topshop.com is selling the same items! the only reason to buy from ebay is if topshop does not ship to a specific country. but buying from ebay comes at a price. and i noticed that most of the items on ebay are the same items from topshop.com. there's only a handful items that are actually from the stores not available on the website.

... i hope the stuff i bought will fit me. now i am anxious to receive my package! good thing topshop takes returns.

if your a ten id buy a ten. as it is quite small around the bust. . however my dress is a true six so if you wanted it a little baggier id go for the 12.

^ i liked the look of that red dress, the silhouette reminded me of Gucci S/S 06, but the material didn't look all the great from the upclose photos i've seen on ebay. does anyone have comments on this dress regarding the material?
