I am SO disappointed with Topshop right now!! 
On the 21st, as I posted, I ordered the KM for Topshop pansy dress in purple and the KM for Topshop star print shirt. A few days ago I got an email telling me my items had all been dispatched so, of course, I was quite happy.
Today, I got my package, but opened it to find no Star print shirt! I looked at the order form and it said that the shirt hadn't in fact been dispatched!
So, I phoned customer services and apparently the shirt is out of stock and they're not getting any more in.
I'm really annoyed that I wasn't informed about this though until I actually phoned them to ask about it!
First off, I think it's kinda bad I was actually allowed to order something that wasn't in fact even available but with shipping dates etc. I can kinda understand how such a mistake could happen, but I'm really angry that I was told the shirt had been sent when it hadn't and that it didn't even say clearly on my order form why the shirt hadn't arrived.
This imo is really terrible customer service and having worked for Topshop for quite sometime I'm really shocked! If I made this kinda mistake one-on-one with a customer I wouldn't be suprised if I got in serious trouble.
Anyway, my pansy dress did arrive today and it's very lovely.
I'll take some picture of it when the red one arrives too so people can see a comparison of the two colors!
Still, I'm really upset about the shirt.
Please, if you notice it on Ebay in a size 6, could you PM me and let me know? Thanks guys! xxXxx

ive never had any luck ordering from topshop.com. my orders have always been cancelled. im hoping that since they allow paypal now that will be less likely to happen in the future. maybe...

Stamoholic - I can't believe that happened! You should definitely call the people and give them a mouthful, I know I definitely would!

I really like some of the dresses I've seen but it's so expensive especially with exchange rate
yeah i know, I like loads of the clothes in Kate's collection, but I think it's to expensive, at least when you think about the quality...

My feather vest just arrived! The material's a bit thin, but the print and colours are really pretty. The hole at the back is bigger and lower than I thought though. Did anyone else buy it? Any ideas on how to wear it? I'm not sure I'm comfortable having my bra showing up at the back...

I just received the corset t-shirt (white tee plus striped corset) and was disappointed that the fit isn't good. Other corset t-shirts from the previous collections fit very well and look slimming! Sadly this one from the current collection doesn't fit well at all around the bust. I'm taking it back tomorrow to the shop.
As for the very well-received Striped 50s dress, it didn't fare well on me. It's either because I'm a bit too short (5ft5/165cm) or I'm a bit too flat chested (I think it's the combination of the two), the straps don't hang well on me and appear to be a bit too long. The chest area also feels a bit empty. Well, I think it's my problem, not the dress's fault, so I'll return the dress too. Shame tho, I do love this dress and its design, esp the dress shape, the stripes & the pockets!!
