I am
SO disappointed with Topshop right now!!

On the 21st, as I posted, I ordered the KM for Topshop pansy dress in purple and the KM for Topshop star print shirt. A few days ago I got an email telling me my items had all been dispatched so, of course, I was quite happy.
Today, I got my package, but opened it to find no Star print shirt!

I looked at the order form and it said that the shirt
hadn't in fact been dispatched!
So, I phoned customer services and apparently the shirt is out of stock and they're not getting any more in.
I'm really annoyed that I wasn't informed about this though until I actually
phoned them to ask about it!
First off, I think it's kinda bad I was actually allowed to order something that wasn't in fact even available but with shipping dates etc. I can kinda understand how such a mistake could happen, but I'm really angry that I was told the shirt had been sent when it hadn't and that it didn't even say clearly on my order form why the shirt hadn't arrived.
This imo is really terrible customer service and having worked for Topshop for quite sometime I'm really shocked! If I made this kinda mistake one-on-one with a customer I wouldn't be suprised if I got in serious trouble.
Anyway, my pansy dress did arrive today and it's very lovely.
I'll take some picture of it when the red one arrives too so people can see a comparison of the two colors!
Still, I'm really upset about the shirt.
