You can't really see her house. They're is a brick wall with lots of leaves growing over it and then this small door.

But we haven't seen pics of her at home for ages...maybe she moved? She's always at Daviana's house...

It's a white blouse could be chiffon and looks vintage to me.

I adore that outfit. She's in grey Superfines, Elite grey blazer, brown cowboy boots, light grey vest and her beloved black fedora Super cool!
