no, they are hers, she wore them a few years back as well. I think they are Stella McCartney but it's hard to tell..

I was thinking- she brings to mind Marilyn Monroe in a way- generations of actresses have tried to imitate Marilyn and no one has quite pulled it off- it was just her natural appeal that made it work. Kate is the same way; she can throw on the most outrageous rigs and look great, or at least interesting- other models and actresses try the same things and just can't pull it off...B)
