I'm looking through the pictures from the costume gala, and from what I can tell, everyone looks pretty appalling. I'm actually a bit aghast at how wrong people went.

actually 2 qualifications:
1) ashley olsen looks so freaking chic and gorgeous. I've only seen pictures from the back (so the front could be a mess) but WOW
2) kate bosworth looks quite beautiful too.

honestly, I think kate is one of the best. she took a risk, and unlike some of the other people, who tried to do mini and edgy, she actually pulled it off.
