The 'Style' images are outtakes from her 2005 US Vogue shoot with Mario Testino. If you look that up you should be able to find out what make up was used.

Oh ok. No they're not. Dan Winters did a shoot with Kate back in 2004 I think it was. It was just a random photoshoot that surfaced, used in a NYT or Daily Mail lift out - something like that. So I doubt they included any make up or designer credits with it.
