Katie Holmes gives birth

He's the craziest celebrity there is, and if I'm not able to criticize celebrities for being insane, then life just isn't beautiful anymore!

I was watching E! News Live and they had a camera man in front of Tom and Katies home, and there were loads of paparazzi there.
Then suddenly a woman comes to deliver a stroller.
A well-dressed woman was standing at the gate with the stroller, talking to people on the intercom.

It looked like she was the owner of the store or something, delivering the stroller personally! Why didn't they send a delivery man? Maybe she just wanted to have her picture taken by the paparazzi?? haha

I don't know, I just thought it was funny when I saw it!

Exactly, no matter what this man does people will twist it into something manipulated and calculated and crazy.
Frankly, I don't see what is so strange about a man canceling certain publicity spots to spend time with his new baby.

He really did dig himself a hole though... It's "damned if you do and damned if you don't", really.

I'm totally happy that the baby is finally born... and while the name is a hell of a lot better than apple.. what ever just happened to naming your kid something nice and normal.... Jamie... Stephanie... Gabrielle...

Suri and Grier? I can't even imagine what a baby Grier looks like... it's like... imagining what a baby Larry looks like.

OMG, imagining baby Larry's and Bob's always crap me up (my dad is Larry, lol).
But I have to say that I adore unique baby names... there are enough Stacey's, Jenny's, Mike's, etc in this world and I like that unique names are becoming more commom... Now, I'm not saying I like Apple so much, but I do love the reason that she choice that name^_^

Moxie CrimeFigher, Pilot Inspector... now those are strange names, and yes, they are real celebrity baby names.

Good for them. Maybe now he'll retire to a home life and won't keep appearing on every media outlet around :ninja:

To me Suri is a lovely name but somehow not when I think of Tom and Katie's babe.

and the full name Suri Cruise just doesn't look right.

^^I feel that way too. It's too exotic for them, but it's a nice name otherwise.

The other day my sister and I were talking about how he REALLY had to do a lot to ruin his career. I mean, he was TOM CRUISE "America's Stud" (though I never found him to be attractive). Fans flocked to him. He was Mr. Top Gun. Mr. Cocktail. Mr. Mission Impossible!!! Through a series of psychotic events, he turned himself into a complete joke. It's incredible.

Anyway, Suri is a pretty name, but I think it is so funny that it means "Pick Pocket" in Japanese. LOL.

It's so funny that you said Larry and Bob.. My dad's name is Bob.. his brother(my uncle) is also named Larry...

When I hear Suri, my mind immediatly goes to Curry and/or Scurvy... not good.

slightly OT, but related

my only issue with TC was his attack on brooke. i've taken paxil for depression and it pissed me off. i don't care if he's gay or whatever, he's an actor, which may be lucrative, but is just a step away from prostitution. he's not a professor.

here is my question:

since there are experts of every faith who've produced solutions to medical problems, why is no one asking why, if they have a repeatable cure for various conditions like hiv, drug addiction, dyslexia, autism, etc, they do not share them? i mean, the equivalent would be for all of the jewish scientists insisting that people join their faith before they had access to their medical knowledge like say....Jonas Salk insisting that the polio vaccine could only be given in secure compounds run by Jews....... see what i'm saying? that would be almost criminal, wouldn't it? where is the moral high ground in that?

this is what i'd like to see asked
