Oh god those pants are horrible! They look like pj's. Her flats and coat are nice though.

For one, she had them on with the Uggs which bunched them up and therefor they looked like pajama bottoms. Second, it was too windy for that kind of pants. All they do is stick to her legs like bad static. If she were in California where the sun was shining and it was nice out, it would have looked different I think.

Katie Holmes leaves her downtown apartment in New York City with her trusty boots and heads to the set of The Extra Man on Monday (February 23).
The 30-year-old actress has just started her work on project and most likely we’ll be seeing more of her around the Big Apple!
