The Australian jungle might be full of creepy crawlies, but the real fright for I'm A Celebrity contestants may well come in the form of fellow contestant, Katie Price.

The glamour model was spotted leaving a Los Angeles medical centre yesterday with a very puffy face, especially around the mouth and eyes.

The 31-year-old arrived in the US earlier this week for a cosmetic MOT ahead of her return to the reality show.

Unfortunately, the mother-of-three might have gone a Botox injection too far.

At the last count, Katie had spent a reputed £43,000 on cosmetic surgery, including four boob jobs - both enlargements and reductions

As well as fillers and collagen, she has also had liposuction, a nose job and £25,000 worth of work done on her teeth.

She is certainly making ground on the infamous Jocelyn Wildenstein - the American billionaire's wife who has spent £2million altering her face

Earlier, Katie recorded an interview on U.S. chat show Chelsea Lately. She is also expected to make a trip to her favourite Hollywood hairdresser to have her £500 extensions replaced.

Katie’s hoping that her second stint in the I’m A Celebrity jungle - complete with its sadistic contests and 'bush tucker' trials - will help her win back the public's affection.

It was during her first appearance on the hit ITV show that she met and fell in love with Peter Andre.

Ironically, she was granted a quick divorce from the Australian singer ahead of her trip Down Under.

Katie will join Hollywood star George Hamilton, former glamour model Sam Fox, actress Lucy Benjamin, TV makeover couple Colin McAllister and Justin Ryan, snooker star Jimmy White, Strictly Come Dancing star Camilla Dallerup, TV star Kim Woodburn and singer Sabrina Washington.

She won’t have much of a chance at romance with Colin and Justin, so she’ll just have to turn on the charm for George or Jimmy.
