The terms of her probation are as strict as I've ever seen- as if the new judge is saying " We gave you a huge break about serving time- now prove it was the right thing to do!" I have serious doubts- as in I will be shocked if she makes it through to Nov 1st (when she is supposed to be reevaluated) without some sort of violation...

Dina is trying to negotiate her own radio show and she wants $1 million to host it. I knew the crazy would come quick after Lindsay's release.

Is $1 million enough money to get Lindsay to leave Hollywood to be the voice of Long Island's hit radio station, WPTY Party 105.3 FM?
Program director Matthew Goldapper says he hopes Lindsay will accept his offer ... which would have Lindsay and her mom, Dina, working three hours on-air every morning for a year. Oh, and we're told they'd get 3 weeks paid vacation!
Goldapper tells X17online exclusively:

"We've offered Lindsay $1 million to do a morning talk show with her mom. She's originally from Long Island so we thought, why not give the girl a job and get her life back on track? We've been in talks with Dina for a while, and right now, our lawyers are drafting up a proposal."

Although Goldapper says that he hasn't spoken directly to Linds, he says Dina is very excited about the idea and has been very hands on with the million-dollar radio offer.
In addition to being a morning radio talk show, the format of Lindsay and Dina's show would also include a Top 40 playlist. Wonder if Lilo would give props to her friends in the music biz?
Goldapper, who admits this is "the most money his station has ever offered" a potential DJ/host, adds:

"This kind of exposure would be massive for our station. It would definitely be worth it!"

Is Lindsay going to give Howard Stern and Ryan Seacrest a run for their money? Maybe a gradual comeback over the airwaves is exactly what Lilo needs. Cha-ching!

Gurlfriend has at least one more court date ahead of her - the lawsuit against her for her 2007 car hijacking and coke-fueled chase down the PCH is set for January 31st, 2011!

If the suit, which is consolidated from the various ones filed - one from the woman she was chasing, Tracie Rice, and also the men stuck in the vehicle with her - isn't settled by that date, La Loca will be forced to testify under oath about what exactly went down!
