Keira is living proof that paparazzi attention is something that can actively be coveted or avoided....aside from work related events you would barely know that she was alive!!!! It's good for her and not so great for us busy-bodies!!!

Anyway I cannot wait to see Never let me go, I recently read the book and adored it....I have high expectations but the trailer looks excellent.

I'm not sure if I want to read the book before or after. I kinda want to be surprised even though I'm guessing as to what it is they're being "schooled" for. I know movies based on books are never exactly the same, but the major points are usually hit. Hmmm... decisions, decisions.

I recently made a conscious decision to read books after I had seen the movie (if I hadn't already read the book) because I tend to be disappointed with the film. Having said that I have already read Never Let Me Go and am so excited to see what they do with it.

I agree, I wonder if she lives in country side these days because when she was living in london we did get some paparazzi pictures, not everyday but still few pictures now and then.
Anyway, I am dying to see never let me go.
I wanna read book firts then see the movie.

Following my news that Rupert Friend and Keira Knightley are planning a wine-tasting trip to the Champagne-Ardenne region of France, my spies in the south report that Keira has bought a secluded estate in Provence.

Keira, 25, and Rupert, 28, who have been dating since 2005, will count Keira’s Pirates Of The Caribbean co-star Johnny Depp and his wife Vanessa Paradis among their neighbours.

But friends of the notoriously private star say that her five-bedroom £1.9 million countryside retreat near Nice is ‘modest’ compared to Depp’s Cote d’Azur home.

‘The house is incredibly private, small and cosy and they intend to keep it that way,’ said a source.

‘Keira started moving in right after she completed her purchase earlier this summer and she and Rupert have already entertained some of their friends.

‘She is thrilled with the change of scenery and loves the feeling that she’ll always have this place to retreat to when she needs to recharge her batteries.

‘Keira is getting tired of life in London, particularly the pollution and congestion, and, although it’s essential that she and Rupert both live in London for their acting work, Keira is insisting on spending as much time as possible in France. She says it is more relaxing than she’d ever imagined.’

Keira will be heading out on a worldwide tour to promote her new sci-fi film Never Let Me Go later this year.

I'm happy she's going this route though, makes her movies all the more exciting since she's not over-saturated in the media. I do miss all the candids of her outfits though, especially in the autum/winter.

^I agree. Im one of the biggest Keira fans, but sometimes I forget she exists because shes such a pro at staying under the radar. But thats my favorite type of celeb, because like you said, you dont get tired of them.

I also haven't read the Never Let Me Go book, because I dont want to be spoiled. But I do own it.

I read what the movie and the book is about, but one thing I don't exactly get; are they schooled and to die young in order to give organs away and not given a chance or?

Some news:
- Last Night will be closing the Toronto Film Festival. Never Let Me Go will also be screened there.
- Keira Knightley hasn't been confirmed to attend, but let's hope she will.
- Last Night will also be screening at the Rome Film Festival
- London Boulevard has been delayed and will not be released in 2010.
