Ksusha is her legal name. IMG, per usual, changed it with all of their European girls to make them sound "cooler" or "more accessable for English speakers" (see Jac, Odelia, etc).

Kelvin is an agency given name.

It's actually even slightly more tricky Ksusha is a nickname for Ksenia (Eugenia) and when they used Ksusha it was already a good move to make her sound more unique but as you say, IMG revamps most of the names
