Her hair is probably a nice length, she wears a weave to achieve the length and get the thickness her natural hair does not have.

^^ She's well known enough that she probably gets plenty of free stuff. She's a spokesmodel for L'Oreal and she's been in some high profile movies so it wouldn't be a problem for her to get stuff to wear for premieres and such.
