;)Has anyone tried Kiko makeup? It is an Italian brand.

A professional makeup line for women who love color, Kiko lives up to fashion capital’s Milan creativity and glamour.

With Kiko, they represent color; colors and textures for every look, trend; whatever’s hot, Kiko translate into their new color and production concepts, texture; agreeable and soft, and quality; maximum quality, attractive price.

The brand consists of two lines – Front line, which is the main makeup line that is updated regualry, and doesn’t change. The second is the “One Shot” collections, which are the trendy collections that suit the fashions in season. I’ve never heard of any makeup brands doing this before, and I think that’s a great idea – really brings the world of fashion and makeup together.

the main website doesn't seem to work for me :(

There are only stores in Italy, Spain and Colombia

The Homepage kikocosmetics.com

A Nailpolish costs just 2,50€
Lipsticks from 2-6€
Eyeshadows 6€

The packaging is just like MAC's and the assortment is really huge!!

It would be awesome if you could order online...a bit like ELF just better, no?

I saw this brand when I was in Rome last autumn.
They've copied MAC in everything, but the quality is way worse. I couldn't seem to find one eyeshadow without massive chunks of glitter and my overall impression was really bad.
It's very popular though, the store was packed.
I left quickly, looking for the real MAC store :innocent:.

They opened a store at the small mall near me and at first glance I was like Woot we got MAC now??? :D Never heard of KIKO before so I spontaniously bought a rusty metallic nail polish which is surprisingly good...

I must say I recently bought a silver nailpolish from Kiko and am very well impressed with the quality.

Also bought an automatic pencil eye shadow that's very easy to apply, very good for when you're in a hurry and really easy to take with you to make any retouch needed during the day. Here's the link: http://www.kikocosmetics.com/eshop/es/product/-/productdetail/eyetech-look/KM00307001/916567

Plus an Eye Base Primer very good specially considering it only costed 7 Euro.

I have around 15(?) of their polishes and quality is pretty good. The only thing that can be sometimes problematic is a little bit slower drying time. BTW their regular price is 3,9 EUR so it's better to stock up when they have nail polish sale (2,5 EUR).

I use their Soft Compact for mattifying and so far I like the effect. Still have to test their waterproof stick eyeshadows. :innocent:

Hi Gejba, welcome to The Fashion Spot and to this thread. :) :flower:

Do you have a link for the Soft Compact? Thanks in advance. :flower:

Thx eu-pt. :flower:
This is the one I have Soft Focus Compact Wet & Dry Mineral Foundation in 01.
I recommend 01 for all the extra fair ladies. Shade is really light and pretty neutral toned.
Everything else from concealers to liquid foundations was just to dark for me. :(

No problem Gejba. :flower:

Thanks for the link and for the tone tip. I have been using the eye primer lately and am quite happy with the results, plus its tone is really fair. ^_^

I have a couple of eyeshadows and a couple of nail polishes and they're amazing.

I have 3 nail polishes - they quite fine, especially considering the prize :flower:

Light Impulse eyeliners are gorgeous. And if you like glittery eyeshadows (there are matte and "satin" es too), I would go for the darker palette.
