I have accepted that Kim does not want to model full-time in one of the fashion capitals, but since there is now a Vogue edition for The Netherlands and it looks to me like they use Dutch photographers and presumably do local shoots, I would love to see her do editorials and eventually a cover for them.

Yes, he was her boyfriend when they did these pictures during vacation in Hawaii. Don't know if they are still together.
