Kings of Leon have cancelled a show in Houston – just one night after seemingly drunk frontman Caleb Followill stormed off stage at a gig in Dallas and refused to continue. Fellow band member Jared has since hinted that the band are experiencing problems.

An excerpt from the article:

Caleb did not come back on stage. His fellow bandmate and brother Jared expressed frustration as he apologised to fans on Caleb’s behalf.
He said: ‘We are so unbelievably sorry, there’s no words night now, honestly beyond our control. Caleb's just maybe a little unfit to play the rest of the show. We’re so sorry guys, we love you all so much. I know you guys f****** hate us, I can’t apologise enough. It’s really not our fault. He can’t play the rest of the show. We will be back as soon as possible. F****** hate Caleb, not us.’

Jared later took to Twitter to continue apologising.

He wrote, ‘Dallas, I cannot begin to tell you how sorry I am. There are internal sicknesses & problems that have needed to be addressed. No words.’

After the band cancelled the gig in Houston yesterday, Jared again took to Twitter to apologise, suggesting that Kings of Leon are experiencing real internal problems.

He wrote: ‘I love our fans so much. I know you guys aren't stupid. I can't lie. There are problems in our band bigger than not drinking enough Gatorade.’

Wow! This is sad :( I hope Caleb can sort himself out. I love Kings of Leon  So I also hope whatever problems they're experiencing can also be sorted.

They haven't said anything about breaking up! Having problems is not the same as calling it quits. They're going to have fights, all bands and all families for that matter, do. They shouldn't let it effect their work, but clearly it has and I suspect it's been going on for a while. Whatever the issues are I hope they can work through them, for the sake of the fans and the music. It's just a shame for the tour.

There was a video on youtube of Caleb talking to the crowd, It was quite hard to watch, he seemed very out it. I just hope he gets some rest and help if it's needed.

Quotes from Caleb, the video has been remove now I think.
“I have no goddamn idea what the **** is going on right now,” Caleb said. “All I know is that I’m married to the prettiest girl in the whole ****ing world. And you guys are one of the best crowds we’ve played for this whole summer.

“And these guys right here, these bald-headed mother****ers, they can’t fight for ****. I fought them. I just want you guys to know that we’ve had the best damn time we’ve ever had and you guys are so ****ing awesome, thank you so much. I’m going to go backstage for a second. I’m going to vomit, I’m going to drink a beer and then I’m going to play three more songs.”

They are known for having fights within the group (i read that on a forum) They need to get their ego's sorted .

This makes me so incredibly sad. Later for them being a band, they're family and I hope that he sorts himself out and they work things out for that reason alone.

 They all seem like over-grown frat boys to me.

WORD.:flower: Co-sign. The overrated part, as well. I remember at some point the summer before last when every other celeb was saying how much they loved Kings of Leon and that was their favorite group. As if I needed another reason to be sick of them.

They better stick together until November 5th. I'm seeing them play on the 4th.

Kings of Leon: WE'RE CANCELLING OUR U.S. TOUR

The Kings of Leon are pulling the plug on the rest of their U.S. tour -- due to health issues affecting lead singer Caleb Followill ... TMZ has learned.

A rep for the band released a statement saying, "We are so sorry to say Kings of Leon are canceling their entire US tour due to Caleb Followill suffering from vocal issues and exhaustion."

The statement continues, "The band is devastated, but in order to give their fans the shows they deserve, they need to take this break. Unfortunately, the US dates cannot be rescheduled due to the band's international tour schedule."

The rep tells us tickets will be refunded -- and the band will resume touring in Canada on September 28th.

Translation: Caleb is off to rehab for his excessive drinking :innocent:

How long until Lily gets the blame? LOL
Haha, I don't like her but can't imagine anyone blaming her for this. However, I'm not surprised that he fell apart after the wedding. Caleb has never seemed to deal well with being a responsible grownup and the things that come along with that.

If I was going to be in the states I would have gone in September, still glad they are taking this time though. I hope he gets the help he needs and they work out the issues they have as a family and then as a band.
