It was probably Marc Jacobs...she wears his stuff a lot...check EBay...I think the "band" jackets went out about a season ago, so not that many people are making copies now...

I pretty sure it's Katayone Adeli. You could try ebay, but its kind of a long shot because that jacket is from a bunch of seasons ago. It's really cute though
