London based photographer Ren Rox captures Konan Hanbury at Models 1 in this beautiful and effortlessly cool series. We last saw Konan in our fifth issue “Lessons" and we are so happy to welcome him back in this beautifully dreamy series that really captures Konans serene look. With soft pastel colours mixed with cool monochrome, Ren transports you to a dream-like world, full of slow movements that feel as if you have intruded on Konan during a time of reflection, in which you can't help to stop and ponder with him in this intimate and offbeat shoot.

Teaming up with stylist Kate Ruth the series is delivered using pieces from Beyond Retro, Noel Stewart, John Smedley and Rokit in a classic but stylistic approach. Combining summer tones of pinks, white and blues with springtime shirts, printed cottons and striped tops, juxtaposed next to traditional monochrome, these images of a peaceful beauty makes us long for the warmth of summer and the cool lazy Sundays spent in the gardens of London. With his beautifully wavy long blonde hair, falling gracefully down his body groomer Jaimee Thomas completed this look by keeping Konan naturally groomed framing his full features.

Konan is the perfect boy for this story with his statement locks and striking features fusing effortlessly with the warm and intimate enviornment. Mixing the flowery elements in the approach our model is in bloom, fit to the season. Konan adds depth to each image, and his mysterious features brings wonderfully interesting elements. We love his style, his envious long locks, his full lips and powerful blue eyes, and look forward to seeing more of this beautiful young man.
