Girlfriend of Vladislav Doronin model Kristina Romanova told about her child

Supermodel Kristina Romanova is called the Russian Cinderella. And not without reason. She got into the modeling business by chance and was able to achieve considerable heights in this area.- Kristina, how did you become a model?

I have become a model, one might say, at the urging of friends. They brought me to a casting agency VG models in Volgograd, my hometown. Further, the agency sent my photos to New York and I was invited to work.

- What projects are you working on at this time?

At this time I'm not working, I am caring for a child (in the beginning of February this year, Kristina became a mother of the charming girl - Ed.). But in the future I plan to continue my modeling career.

Kristina graced the catwalks of the world. She participated in many shows of famous brands, including: Blugirl, Dries Van Noten, Ralph Lauren, Jil Sander, Alexander McQueen, Marc Jacobs. She shines on the covers of glossy magazines.

She received recognition, starring in the video for the song “Wake Me Up” by Avicii.

Good news! Kristina has agreed to give an interview. She revealed the secret of harmony, spoke about her diet and shared plans for the future.

- What is the challenge in our profession?

There are a lot of challenges, as well as pleasant moments. For me personally, it is difficult to be in perfect shape constantly, it is sometimes hard to travel a lot and to cope with lack of sleep. Many models can not find common language with people at work, for me it is extremely rare problem, as I try to find a way to everyone.

- What kind of food do you eat?

Now I try to eat right. I do not eat fast food, do not like fried food. In general, the diet should be balanced. We must listen to our body.

- Congratulations on the birth of your daughter! Your figure has not changed! How did you get so quickly in shape after giving birth?

In order to return to my former shape after giving birth, I reduced carbohydrate intake, increased intake of protein and practiced various sports, yoga, pilates. I am also breastfeeding my baby, it takes a lot of calories. During pregnancy, I did not keep some special diet, but did not allow myself to eat everything. There is a need to avoid "eating for two". It hurt not only you, but also your child. Throughout the pregnancy, I practiced yoga, swimming, and walked a lot. Sometimes I did more intense cardio exercises. It is important to begin to engage in sports before pregnancy, then the muscle memory works and you can easily recover from childbirth.

- What is the important thing to become a successful model: to have an appropriate appearance or it all depends on the inner world?

Both factors are important. First, they look at your appearance, but being good looking is not enough. There are many qualities you must have to succeed in the modeling world. For example, hard work, ability to adapt to circumstances, people communication. The list goes on.

- What motto do you try to live your life by?

"Treat people the way you want them to treat you." I believe in the law of the boomerang, then, that everyone has what he deserves.

- You have achieved great results in the modeling business. What height do you want to reach?

At the moment I concentrate on family life, and most of my thoughts and desires related to this. Of course, there is the height that I dream to reach, but it is very personal

- What do you plan to do after modeling career?

It's hard to say what I'll do after modeling career. It is not as short as it sounds (laughs). I would like to have my work related to the world of fashion or art.

- Kristina, thank you for the interview! And finally - your wishes to our readers, there are lots of people who want to lose weight!

I wish all the readers to love yourself. Live in harmony with yourself and the world around you. Exercise, eat well, and the results will not wait long!
