No she hasn't. At least i don't think so. If you look at her closeup selfies you can see that it is just a lot of lip liner and lipstick work (outside the natural region of her lips). I'm not a big fan of it though...

On another note I liked her ensemble in the blue dress and nude heels! But those lips... please just stop.

oh yeah totally, but I admit that's what I like about her. There's something interesting to me about someone so young that has access to all these designer clothes and stuff....I am definitely jealous of her wardrobe, even though I would put it together differently. She's definitely stalked more by the paps than Kendall because of this. Her clothes are more interesting and she seems more interesting than Kendall tbh.

Makes perfect sense to me I think she has tumblr-style, she follows the trends religiously. And by trends I mean the trends of teenagers and young adults, flannel shirts tied to the waist and so on.
