Her style is the worst of the bunch if you not into it. I happen to like her slightly edgy look and it seems to suit her personality. She isn't dressing worse than Kim, that is for sure. I do think she wears too much makeup but she's 16/17 right? Don't most young kids dress dumb and wear too much makeup these days?
I was in UO the other day and this little girl (probably 12 or 13) was wearing high waisted denim shorts that showed her butt cheeks (HEAVILY) and a crop top with her gut and boobs hanging out. A hundred times more inappropriate than most of what Kylie wears.

I'm loving Kylie's short dark hair and all black outfit look as of late but I really wish someone would just tell her she looks sooo much better without her obscenely obvious lip liner situation. She just looks so overly plumped and fake...It's not a good look.

Yeah it's just lip liner. you can tell because when paps get actual normal photos of her without her makeup or in some scenes on Keeping Up you can tell it's just makeup because her lips look normal w/o makeup on.

^Ah, yeah, I doubt this is only lip liner when I see this, they're like two sizes bigger. Even in the 4th picture, where she looks more natural. This is awful! I can't believe you do this at such a young age.
