That's what they want you to believe just like how they try to convince us Kim's butt is "real". I think injections is something you have to keep doing. It's not permanent. She does both. You can see the middle part of her upper lip is definitely elevated. You can always see where the vermillion border is even with lipstick. The lipliner is a trick but not magic..
