I quite like her look at Hunger Games premier.
You can tell she is really trying to be the 'stylish' Jenner, rather than the 'model'.
Unlike other girls her age who are wearing OTT mega platform shoes, embellishments, neon blaaaa.

I think the problem is her makeup. Her face needs some dimension. Some blush would do her wonders. Or less foundation, but I doubt that would happen.
