How can you honestly think that's confidence? She screams insecurity to me. Remember, confidence is quiet, insecurities are loud. She's clearly constantly looking for positive reinforcement about her looks. She's the youngest of ten kids, all of whom are attractive, so to get attention, she shows off her body in trashy outfits, wears waaay too much makeup, gets injections in her lips, etc. All of it is such an obvious ploy for attention. As Marc Jacobs said, young girls need to learn that sexiness isn't about being naked.
