Laceup jazz shoes

not sure if this is already covered in this thread, but how do i wear these for s/s?

i have short legs, so doing the tall sock thing is sort of a non-option for me...

I think the jazz shoes are okay, I just could not pull it off with my big feet.

obviously they're great with tights, but how to wear them in WARM WEATHER?!

or do i just hang it up. =/

So I just ordered the white Jeffrey Campbell ones from Urban Outfitters USA. The BEST part is that when I was checking out, I was desperately looking for coupons on the internet but didn't find anything that was working, in fact, I found two that both expired on 2/28/07 which was 10 minutes ago. Anyways, I took a coupon online, MYCITY01 (free shipping) which was expired and changed the number to make it MYCITY02, and got 15% OFF the entire order! SWEET!! I'll post some pics of the shoes when I get them, I think they are pretty true to the original Repettos.

i just got the H&M cream jazz shoes for my birthday, though ive been having some troubles as to wear it with, my first good outfit was a peter pan collared trampeze like dress with an all over floral print (the floral print is very small though, so you cant really tell its flowers till you really look at it). no stockings though. just plain legged..but i have two shorts jumper with short sleeves, that are both navy blue. i think that would look cute with the shoes too. would baggy trousers look good with white jazz shoes?
oh. and the shoes are pretty comfy overall. soft leather. but i have flat feet so i have to put those gel archs in them or whatever.

these irregular choice brogues off urbanoutfitters.co.uk are gorgeous they feel more girly to me since they dont have the thick heavy sole and chunky heel. I'd so buy them if i had the spare money right now.

I saw the H&M ones today and they were gorgeous. I tried them on and loved them. Unfortunately $50 (or were they $60)- out of my price range. Like you, I also thought about what I would wear with them...
