Firstly: LOVE the eye makeup. We're having tons of carnival parties here in Brazil and if I hadn't decided for a golden makeup today I'd definitely copy this one. Next time I will!
Secondly: I'm always the one who criticizes her because I find her music irrelevant, her personality annoying and her work in general extremely self-obsessed. I kind of followed her career from The Fame to Born This Way, and still today I listen to The Fame as "summer soundtrack" or while running on the threadmill because as irrelevant as I may find her music, these songs are fun. (Madonna stopped being fun since the late 90s, and the only queen I still worship is Britney Spears. Yeah, I know she can't sing half a note, and yeah, her latest album was terrible. But it's love.) Anyway, some people are now discovering, after the Sound of Music/Tony Bennett/Sinatra performances, that Gaga can sing. This is something I've always noticed in her: voice. Like, real voice, not that Aguilera s**t. And I do have to say that, among today's pop singers, she has one of the best voices. She's finally receiving the only credit I think she deserves. The one thing that really differentiates her. She's tried so hard to be "something more" when she's always had the essential factor. Too bad she wastes it (in my opinion, of course) in bad music. Beautiful Super Bowl performance.

That Bowie tribute was just terrible! I personally found it cringeworthy... the intro video was good and then it just went down the hill... So gimmicky!

I was so pleasantly surprised to see her at Marc Jacobs! Her walk was so on point and she fit in with the rest of the models perfectly. Gaga is one of those rare people in the entertainment industry with a genuine love and understanding of high fashion. She just gets it.
