I didn't mean for it to be rude, I was just saying that if she works on her English more
she could be a real contender for this type of work. I don't really see where her agency is trying to
make her into a HF only type of girl since all she really gets is a decent amount of runway
if she were to work on her English she could get all kinds of work on the upper end of commercial work like
SI or Armani Exchange (both of which love the Brazilian girls) in addition to her work for VS, JCrew, Next, etc.

and a very important part of any crew is the team factor. Shay is always great for a laugh. Not just because its fun but because he is a pro and he knows if the girls are having a good time it will be the same on film. Lais is always cracking a big smile when Shay is at play
