HI everybody! I've been browsing this thread and found out noone has posted about any Lanvin DYI, so I think it's okay for me to be the first?^_^

Recently I attempted to emulate this Lanvin cap toe sneakers with ribbon laces. It's a very cheap and easy DIY I think, but one should be careful about the choice of the color, ribbon material and the width as well (mine was some thick and coarse fabric which I'm not sure what, and the width is too wide)

I think half or 3/4 inches will be perfect for the width.

Here's the original Lanvins

Oh no way! Yours are high-tops anyway, but what a great Lanvin idea to copy! I adore it so much! I'm definitely copying!

Has anyone tried to DIY the t-shirts lanvin does....they seem like a fun project.....particularly the one with the womans face? If anyone knows of a shirt with a big womans face on it plz let me know! I really like the concept...but I think the pricing is horrible...especially for a t-shirt!

thanks Papa levante! you should do it, it's sooo easy, practically just like replacing the laces. But beware of the fabric though. I stuck with that thick and rough fabric it's so hard to get through the eyelets :(

, I found a boy who made his own Bette Davis tee (I think this is the shirt you're talking about?)

Here are some other beaded Lanvin tees, but with different styles:

I understand what you're saying naboonies. Maybe I'll wrap the tips of the ends with tape and then cut them off when everything is laced up. ^_^
