Lanvin F/W 13.14 : Edie Campbell by Steven Meisel

Say what you want, but I love it. Carry on Ms. Campbell.

I like it but only because it doesn't look like Edie.
This could have been a great campaign if the model was great but alas. Hopefully next season.

I don't get the hate towards Cara and Edie (is it because they weren't discovered in some godforsaken farm in the Soviet Union?) but they have been delivering great work and gaining a lot of fans from the industry along the way. Edie worked perfectly for Jil Sander and surprisingly she works great for Lanvin...like a Parisian, 80s version of an English country girl.

Omg Edie has a multiple personality disorder and it's super chic!!!

I love Edie and I LOVE this.
Incredible, this is by far one of the best campaign seasons, Im loving pretty much everything this season. The concept reminds me a bit fw 2012 but a more simplistic and intelligent way I love the crazyness and the transformation through out the pictures.

This is mediocre. Lanvin is not the brand it used to be anymore. It's stucked and kind of démodé/burnt, and you can tell that from the ads they have been releasing these last years...

I absolutely despise the first shot but the rest I actually like to some extent...

It was obvious they needed theatrics in their campaign to make that awful collection work but Im still too distracted by those ghastly accessories to have any opinion about this campaign. Meh, I guess. Good for her.

Almost forgot how wretched the collection was.
Edie actually works the concept and beauty looks well, but the styling and the clothes themselves

Edie really elevates this, and i think at times she really looks like she has no idea what she is doing in-front of the camera lens! But here, they really used her well, Meisel must have directed her like crazy, it really works, i love it.

Really like this. Don't particularly care for this collection, but Edie is really making it work here.

Hmm, don't like it very much. Too theatrical for my taste, it doesn't work very well here.

She's not the most modelesque looking girl but she's pretty great at what she does. This is flawless.
