You mean nothing about Karlie reads Lanvin, or nothing about the ad reads Lanvin?
Yeah Karlie's hair doesn't look fortunate, the should have used extensions or tie it up in a Lanvin-ish way.

This has 'glorious' potential, mainly due to the location, lighting and placement of the models. I've lost a lot of love for Karlie since she got her hair cut,although it looks less disastrous here than in her recent US Vogue editorials. Daria and Saskia don't do much for me either, but I do like both of them here, especially given the contrast in the lighting hitting the former and the shadows covering the latter.

As for this snappy campaign preview, not impressed. Sure the composition is nice but the overall cast ( Karlie, really?) fails to connect with me.

at first i thought daria, karlie, and saskia would have been a totally random casting decision (although i could have done without saskia), but it looks really promising. i love karlie and daria together - it works, especially with their new cuts.

The casting to me her is everything!! It is very unconventional (this combination of girls), but I like it. I mean, is it so wrong that these happen to be Meisel working TOP girls of the moment?, I think it's because of his support these girls can put Lanvin on their resume. I think when we see a real HQ image, it'll be great.

I think Karlie ruins this shot, I would never have cast her as a Lanvin girl at all because she looks very plain Jane and her hair isn't really helping my judgement either because her hair reminds me a little of a rehash of what Daria W. did a few seasons ago now, I would have loved to have seen her replaced with Fei Fei who would really make an impact here.

The collection was, as ever, fantastic so I'm really excited to see everything.

Even tho Karlie is in theory the weakest link since she doesnt fit the campaign (Aymeline would be perfect) I think in the shot Saskia is the worst.
Shes perfect for it but somehow she just fades (even tho she in in the background) and Karlie actualy looks great and very misterious. Daria of cours is the campaign star.
