One of my favorites at Marilyn right now. She certainly has a more commercial look than most of their girls on the development board but her beauty is hard to overlook... the dark hair/light complexion combo, strong face structure with smooth angle and gaze that commands attention screaming presence and power in the right dose (expressions that never look too harsh, never look to soft).

I'm sure I've seen more tests from NY lately but would need to remember with what photographer. Thanks for the one by Danno Watts anyway. There is also a new set of polas from Marilyn NY posted on models.com, was sure it was posted here but apparently it's not yet.

Thanks penny609,
i'll post them then!

But yes I agree, shes got that look that could do commercial, her strong features with that skin and hair combo are striking but she has a bit to compete with as alot of the girls at the moment have that young exaggerated look. But I think theres a market for her!

The thing is that today there is more than just one market for her. A few years ago she would have been considered as "too commercial" maybe (and even... there were the McNeils and Rhodas doing well at that time). If you have a look at the models who really work well right now, most are over 20yo and have no exaggerated looks. Then about competition... every "new" models has to cope with competition nowadays and it's a matter of markets being overcrowded rather than of trends or looks.

She actually has a slight Rhoda look to her I was thinking, probably just the complexion and hair combo. You are right though, because they can travel between the different markets and transform for each character the best while people with a certain look often get stereotyped into one persona for photoshoots and only suit a certain brand or market.
The ones who last the longest usually have a beauty that has been around for ever but in a modern way, they still have the features of old supermodels and hollywood stars but little glimmers of it, and thats why we find them so enchanting because they subconsciously remind us and they are the ones who work best.
