Model Lauren Hastings
Lauren Hastings started out with a contract at Ford Models (I believe she may still be with them), and went on to do various commercials, including Geico and Old Navy, as well as the music video for Justin Timberlake's "Cry Me a River". She has received quite a bit of press for a falling-out she had with former friend, Lindsay Lohan (Lindsay allegedly stole upwards of $10,000 worth of Lauren's belongings when Lauren was away doing a photoshoot). She is rumoured to have dated Shia Laboeuf and Jared Leto.
She really is beautiful and from what I understand, she has been getting steady work ever since she started out in the business.

My interview with Lauren about Coachella
Ah, Coachella! The most atmospheric festival! And there are the most beautiful and stylish girls! I love Coachella's fashion so much! It's a lil bit hippie, a lil bit vintage, sexy but comfortable.
When it began I wanted someone to show my readers what Coachella's fashion means. And you won't find a better icon than her. Meet Lauren Hastings!
Lauren is a model and an actress. You could see her in Nikon, Hertz, Taco Bell, Mitsubishi and other famous commercials. Don't forget to watch Justin Timbelake's 'Cry me a river' and notice Lauren there.
But I think this girl plans a very good and successful career in cinematography. Very soon we will be able to see Lauren in a new Sofia Coppola's movie 'Somewhere'. A good start!

Tell me about your first time being at Coachella? When and how was it?
-My first time was a blackout, haha when rage against the machine played. I think it was fun! hahaha
What was your most unforgettable moment at Coachella?
-Too many, I cry everytime I go, moved from some song, some singer
What clothes do you prefer to choose for Coachella? Maybe you are inspired by some people?
-Tiny denim shorts, ripped tee's, short dresses. Kate Moss, Lou Diollon
A performance of what band or musician do you remember particularly? And why?
-I can't think of a band at Coachella, but when I saw Fleetwood Mac and I was front row for her song 'Silver Springs'. The second she came out and the music went on I have never felt happier at that moment. I burst into tears of joy.
Would you like to play a rock star in a movie? And if 'Yes' who would it be?
-Yea who wouldn't ! John Lennon
Describe yourself, people and atmosphere of Coachella in 5 words.
-I'm impulsive, genuine, loving, loud, and a little crazy in the good kind of crazy.
One more festival, that you like?
-I want to go to the San Francisco Outside Lands festival, waiting to see the line-up for this year.
When you are sitting on the grass, talking, smoking, laughing and listening to music do you feel like a hippie? What does hippies' life mean for you?
-I don't think of my self necessarily as a hippie. I am in the sense of being free, open to anything and anyone in any form.
If you needed to choose a symbol of Coachella what would it be?
-Feathers
Can music save? What does music mean for you?
-Yes, "Music is my saviour" Jeff Tweedy sings that. It means it can take me back emotionally to the best of times or worst. I only listen to music that makes me feel something, that I can emotionally connect too. Besides Lil Wayne. hahaha^
