OK... maybe "tough as leather" doesn't quite describe your aesthetic either, but this rather hardcore show really highlights this designer's mastery of textile in my opinion. From fur to leather to wool and silk, it's all here; cut then draped or fit for the most part really well. For some reason, I sense his urgency to be original and different. Regardless whether or not he pulls this part off completely, I think the effort's admirable and he's displayed quite a talent. :flower:

I like the more deconstructed parts of it and the drapery but some of the outfits are to sexual and they remind me to much of bad ysl rive gauche. But it is good ;)

Beautiful. I love the ivory coat in the fourth set of photos. Beautifully cut!!!

:buzz: where did you unearthed this brilliant talent xopher? You are a true designer hunter, have you ever thought of working as a buyer?

love his work, did he show in NY? Milan? where? a name to watch ;)

:flower: thanks for sharing  :bounce:

 ... so glad you like. :woot:

I found him browsing the Paris collections at firstVIEW.

There's a write-up at fashionwindows.com
dubbing the collection "Streetwalker Chic".

 hmmm i never visit fashionwindows, is it a pay-site?, maybe I have to have a look

I adore the fur coat contained withinthe first photo (the very first pic). I would just love to own that coat!

Oh well, if I keep buying that lotto ticket!
