I can't wait to see what Blair has in store for us this season! Leighton pulls off all the poised looks brilliantly. I doubt I'd look as good in a bow, all buttoned up and 'perfected'. It's too polished for me but her character spurs inspiration, even if it's just in terms of accents.

The outfit reminds me of what Ashley Olsen wore to a book-signing once.
