and sorry forgot to mention - images from firstview

i feel like there is something missing...eg in general the designs could benefit from having an extra element that is opposite to what they predominantly are...oblique strategies anyone?

i think i see what you mean, cerfas.. it's all over the place, like random experiments. don't really get a feel of the designer, their style, skill.. what they want to say.

the pieces with the feather motifs have a very Alexander McQueen feel to them.

then the rest feels very Calvin Klein.

I like the double breasted black trench coat with the belt. not the one with the buttons on the back.

some of the cuts remind me of McQ

some others remind me of Jeremy Scott

i get it now.. feathers, tailored shirts/ jackets. what they do with the drawings is interesting

It's an interesting collection, but I think I have to mull it over before I form an opinion. There are many fascinating things going on, witty trompe-l'oeil, lines along the silhouettes either narrowing or widening into "wings" or "sleeves", ideas of "opening" and "closing", "wings" and "feathers". I like the trompe-l'oeil dresses towards the end, but I think this would have been brilliant if the concepts were transmuted into a men's collection instead.
