I'd say she was relatively well known in Britain. If you asked someone to name a model they'd name Moss, Cole, Jagger and Deyn, O'Connor perhaps? and if you were a trendy Georgia Frost and Daisy Lowe

But Lily did a big campaign for M&S recently well publicised in the press so ... I'd say yes ... in short

Plus she was in the St Trinians movie which attracted a lot of pedestrian attention I think.
