literally one portrait per model
She hasn't had any Calvin Klein, Hugo Boss or Burberry campaigns for at least a couple of seasons. Does Aldo really pay that much? Obviously her commercial work is keeping her bread well-buttered, so that's great! There's no question that Lily Donaldson ranks among the most beautiful women in fashion today, and with her formidable array of money clients she also is one of the most in demand. Anyone who can balance campaigns for denim giant 7 for All Mankind, alongside work for Calvin Klein, Aldo, Hugo Boss, and Burberry is a true money girl.
dailyfrontrowLily Donaldson Is The Face Of A Brit Invasion At Bloomingdale's
From Lexington Avenue to Savile Row, Bloomingdale's has invaded the British Isle to find inspiration for the cover of their highly anticipated Fall Catalog. While the interior of NYC flagship store is currently decked out in all things British, you'll have to wait until the first week of September before cover girl Lily Donaldson in her Bloomingdales exclusive cashmere sweater by Aqua lands in your mailbox. With a focus on designers hailing from the U.K., expect to see pieces from Ted Baker, Reiss, Stella McCartney, and AllSaints in the pages of the catalog and hanging on store racks. Also on the roster for celebration? Custom travel packages created with Visit Britain, two concerts (the first features Emeli Sandé and Jake Bug, and the second is with Rita Ora). Also expect to see a ‘Talk is Chic’ component, which will feature interviews with Sir Paul Smith and Christopher Bailey. The the two designers will chat culture, music, and the British influence on fashion and can be caught in stores, on the Bloomingdale's site and on iHeartRadio. Warning: all this Brit lovin' may or may not induce a fish and chips craving!
