I don't think she is bad in print, I can think of a number of models that are really bad in print and that hasn't stopped their career you don't need to be amazing in print to be a star nowadays. She has been working her little butt off non stop and even bigger stars than her have bad shoot days, even Gisele.

Yes and Joan is still a terrible model. Nobody said that would stop her from becoming successful and nobody said that about Lineisy (yet) either.

She wowed me at her first Prada show but has since never impressed me, not on the runway and not in print. What bothers me is that people are praising her like a queen. It makes the whole situation kind of insufferable cause every time we're seeing some work from her she gets praise even if she looks awful.

So when her fans stop this constant praise and might actually acknowledge her lack of skills I might grown to like her a little bit again cause she does have potential and might become a skilled model in the future.

So basically what you're telling me is that in order for you to like her, you need her fans to stop praising her? NAAAH, im good then! she aint no 100 dollar bills for everyone to like her anyways. I like her, but I agree. I have yet to see printwork from her that is good. No one is taking away from her and all the hardwork she has put in, but she just hasn't been serving it in print. Im looking at her MDC profile, and all her eds kinda look the same (standing,slightly slouched, expressionless). Her Prada moment was a wow moment, but she has yet to repeat it. Hopefully she will gain more confidence in the print area. I think she has all the right stuff to become ICONIC because she is so different. In the same way that Alek, Omahyra, Gemma, Grace Jones became Icons for their distinctive look.

Its a matter of taste just because you don't like the way she poses, doesn't mean she is a bad print model. Other models who tend to pose a certain way all the time and some people call it a signature pose and others hate on it. To each their own. Obviously the industry loves her and I am pretty sure she is gonna grow more and more as a model and become even better. People forget that she has been modeling for merely a year she is really developing as a model.

Your comments just make me sad because they come from a place of pure hate. Its like you want her to fail and people not praise her anymore and then you might like her. You haven't said anything nice about her ever. If I don't like a mode I just don't visit their threads or waste my time writing hateful comments.

They're just mad because their faves aren't booking nowhere near as much work as Lineisy. I wouldn't even pay no mind to them. With every successful person weather it's a model or celebrity will come the haters. That's normal and expected to have polarized opinions when someone becomes famous.

Lol, that's truly annoying.
I'm a fan of Lineisy since day 1. I love her look, she looks amazing in runway and print, but this last one its pretty boring, she lacking of energy and I admit that. But there are anothers editorials that she looks AMAZING.
She has natural beauty and talent. Sometimes is not necessary to be over the top. I think she needs to keep working for being better and better than she is now. She needs to pull off more personality and versatility. Of course.
And finally, It is kinda stupid to say things like "I'm gonna like Lineisy when her fans stop this constant praise". That's annoying and its like you believe you have reason in everything whatever you say.

LOVE the hair in the Demarchelier story. Great for W as well! She's still a brand new girl in many ways regardless of the sheer volume of work she's booked right out of the gate. She's growing with each job and I love watching her progress.
