Lineisy Montero

Why all of a sudden no brands show interests in her anymore?

Why all of a sudden no brands show interests in her anymore?
I wouldn't say no brands show interests in her anymore, she walked an high number of show during F/W 2016, but it's also true that she didn't get any campaign (which is so sad to me). I think the reason is that the buzz she created with her natural hair is fading away and in fashion there is often the idea that there can be only one successful model of colour (or a few, and this season I feel like it's Dilone and Mayowa). Also, fall is usually worse than spring for MOC and I think this was a bad season for diversity in campaigns.

Beautiful in the new H&M campaign, that face is just beyond  they've definitely taken the commercial route for her this season (J Crew campaign, H&M...) , which is great cause it shows she can do the high fashion-commercial crossover successfully...
