Liu Wen

Amazing for Milan. Glad to see her finally walk Versace RTW even though I had envisioned her in the last batch wearing a staple gown with more sensuality and brazen. More interesting if she conveyed that kind of Versace woman and in terms of styling... she's more capable than what they've thrown on her. Sure, she's new to Versace but far better suited and more.

Anyway her showlist has been great this season and a closing. Of her shows, she's like the few or only late '00s model in all the lineup - testament of a runway favorite and a lover of the catwalk that she is, after all these years.

Let this carried over to Paris.

Walking one show doesn't mean you're a Prada girl.

Anyway, she is now. Although I must say it's a bit random.

Thought she was done walking shows this season after Marant. Very surprised to see her at Givenchy & Sacai given their casting, but good to see that Michelle Lee finally cast her for a show since the new hair and this revival.

So she didn't do Chanel last season, maybe she'll attend or better yet, walk the runway (after all Liu has done over 20 shows!). She hasn't done Miu Miu in ages and LV may be a stretch, but Bitton/Brokaw are her backers. Will see.
