Think she already left Paris… based on her weibo (though she usually say something to close out fashion month)?

Thought she would’ve been a good fit at Sacai with her peers but particularly the makeup/hair. And didn't know Michelle no longer cast... wow that's interesting.

Guess they saved the best for last: McQueen …followed by first timer Demeulemeester.

Spoke too soon after no activities. The pact between Brokaw and Elite/Society is potent… bringing Liu Wen back to Miu Miu is astounding this is only her second time walking (hence why it was a looong shot)! While it’s great that she walked Miu Miu and not that my opinion matters, but to a certain extent prefer if they kept her at Prada and not mix despite the obvious association. She's adaptable but slightly conflicted image-wise.

Not to sound ungrateful wish they hadn’t changed her original look because it would’ve been nice to see her in it (more Miu Miu dna). Offer something light and delicate to offset all her dark looks this season.

Maybe she requested to swap her look due to the body shaming. If so, unfortunately… because she looked chic in that dress and the color combo.

Anyhow happy to see that she's thrilled to be back; and delightful to see these opportunities for her.

Versace: yay or nay. Not definitive who they’ll cast for this particular show but if it’s the regular girls a la Vittoria, Mona, Adut, Irina, Kendall, Cat, Trentini… hope /maybe The Society did a robust package deal with DMC/Versace. Want all the girls? If so, Liu Wen is walking too (to type that out, whether true or not, is maddening). Someone here said that’s how negotiations are in terms of bulk casting…

Seriously, she doesn’t need to walk anymore or beg… but she should for those years they ignored her. Just one or two more shows, then go with brands that wants you.

There’s no sighting of her at the airport in China may be a good sign. Then again, she could be anywhere.

So we know she stayed back in Milan for a few days before arriving to Paris… just wondering if something could’ve taken place (campaigns?). Or not. Would be so nice to see her in NYC and back in familiar studios.


With W and V magazines launching this month in China, just curious who is going to front them first… hope Liu Wen will get both covers in the foreseeable future now that it’s on her turf. (Need to do more research but think the creative team/editors are from other local, established magazines too? Anyone has insights?)
