Still something! Does vogue china's editor dislike her or something? GIVE THIS GIRL A VOGUE CHINA COVER. I mean if Shu Pei got one.. Liu deserves it so much more.. I think the editor must be miffed Liu has 'replaced' Du as the reigning chinese model overseas. [not that I dont love Du , shes GORGEOUS and shes still in demand and probably more famous than Liu but Liu has achieved so much recently.. more than Du]

The editor certainly dosn't dislike Liu.. i mean they consistently use her.. Liu is known to have excellent relationships with all the important glossies in China. But i think if people had to choose between Du or Liu for a cover, Du would get the cover 8/10 times because she has more 'star power'. Im sure they will put her on the cover eventually though but in the mean time Liu already has Vogue Portugal to tide her over

One of the reasons has been pointed out by Yendor that this issue is dedicated to fairly new faces.
And another reason I guess（just my point of view) is that Liu Wen is never a Vogue China's girl, i.e. she's not discovered by Vogue China but by Marie Claire China. She has been on the cover of Marie Claire China for several times and got tons of eds in Vogue China but never make her appearance on the cover of Vogue China which she definitely deserves. On the other hand, models like Du Juan who was first discovered or to say casted by Vogue China got more chances and priority to grace the cover of Vogue China.
But I still hope Liu Wen would have her own Vogue China cover in the future!
