Yeah, that may be the reason.
And I've noticed Tao and Shu Pei haven't done as many shows as they did in previous season in Milan as well.

Fei Fei - 2 Shows.

Maybe Ming Xi is newer, and cheaper but with presence and wowed casting directors? The established ones are dependable but expensive? We will never know.
