Interestingly they pulled down Liu Wen’s image on Saint Laurent’s Weibo banner. That was like a week ago… wonder why the delay, thought they would’ve released the campaign this week after Butler (could’ve been a good birthday gesture). Both shots are plastered all over China.

The fact she had two great years of work and newfound accolades and recognition, and starting 2025 with an equally fantastic start, it’d be great to see the following three items for Liu Wen this year. Hopefully it can be achieved sooner than later.


BRITISH VOGUE COVER – most likely MG, not picky on the photographer as long it’s above average and original content

VOGUE CHINA 20TH ANNIVERSARY COVER – preferably MG with all of China’s top models (20 faces if they can arrange it); or a mixture of previous cover girls altogether like Gemma, Arizona, Vittoria, Imaan, Karlie and Du Juan etc.

OG CAMPAIGN – quite a stretch but would be cool if she’s the sole face of Hermes/Lanvin/Max Mara or any of Chanel’s many seasonal lines if not RTW
