Liu Wen

The preview for Chloe looks good just not sure if the cast will sway like SS25. Would be refreshing to see something feminine and lighter garment on Liu Wen. For real.

50/50 on Rabanne and Schiaparelli.

She won’t be at Marant if Alt is there. To my recollection they have never worked on a project together even when Wen appeared inside Vogue Paris. VS was the lucky exception.

She was able to walk Haider’s Tom Ford, could she do the same for Sarah’s Givenchy.

Would be interesting and hopefully(!) if Burton brings along Jess Hallett. We need a variety of CD. Liu Wen has a good chance knowing Jess and Sarah, so may their familiarity win out a la Haider. What would she wear if she fits the collection.

If no Givenchy today, then it might be crickets for the next few days unless it’s Balenciaga(?). Still rooting for Hermes but as long as Lange is there that won’t happen (I think it’s more of Julia than Jodie/Nadege).

It’s still impressive how she continually walks Demna’s Balenciaga with their unconventional types of models (nothing wrong and not necessarily complaining). Just a testament of her massive range across brands and designers. Sometimes I wonder if her facial asymmetry gives her an edge – especially in Balenciaga’s case that afforded her to be more “different” and harsher and pared down to their aesthetic.

More importantly, am pleasantly surprised to see she’s even more ‘sexy’ at Balenciaga than she has ever at Versace(!), IMO. And while people have their perception and definition of what’s sexy, this hot pink cut-out number is certainly something to look twice and gives that spicy punch in a Balenciaga’s plain, sexy way. Have voiced in the past that it would be great to see her sashay in a Versace staple dress. But nada. Zilch. Is Versace sexy? Or is Wen too tomboy to be in their dresses…

Cannot believe this season is already over despite walking Paris only. Hope to see her last two appearances soon. Where she should be there even though Saint Laurent is uncertain, truly… perhaps one last hoorah for the brand.

Oh no.... think she's done walking for the season (think she swap to sitting due to stress(?) that she expressed, although no context was given, but that's just model's life generally).

Don't have much faith in Saint Laurent knowing their casting catalog.

Will post this every season if she walks, so hopefully nobody minds this. It’s updated too.
