I'd like to see Jessica Ogden, Jens Laugesen (I just saw his stuff in person the other day and I liked it very much), Boudicca, and Robert Carrie-Williams.

Is Nicole Farhi planning to retire any time soon? :ninja:

P.S. Where is Sophia Kokosolaki showing this year?

Unless,Sophia had no time to plan a show before the calendar was made(seeing as she just did the Olympics)--perhaps she might head to Paris for a showroom or something.

This ellesse,Eley Kishimoto is doing,is this the athletic company known for its tennis gear??

    Is Ann-Sofie off-calendar again?

I have often wondered why London fashion week isn't held in higher regard. It's strange that British designers can find great success in other countries, but if they were to stay in London they would not have the same level of success. Does anyone have any theories about this?

i dont have the answer but the organisers of LFW should try just a little bit harder, its just like a big trade show really, nothing like the Fashion week of Paris or even Milano, its a bit boring, but not so much due to the designers, more from the way this is organised.

It's a shame that the organizers don't do more to promote London as a true fashion city, especially condsidering the fact that some of the most well-known designers right now are British. :(
