Looking for a long lost shoe/boot based site?

I was wondering if anyone could help me find a site that I had saved before my HD died earlier this year.

Perhaps the most distinctive thing about it was the background of the site was a large picture of a metal stilleto heeled shoe. The site had a web-based forum on it too. I've been looking for almost 3 hours for it on Google but havent had any luck yet...

Does anyone know a site which would fit the description?
