Looking for a suede boot

Beyonce (and Jessica Simpson) always look soo overdone, it's like they have no casual, except dressy but paired with jeans. It's soo fussy I hate fussy.

the beyonce ones are a lot more casual looking. I like the seams on the shaft of her shoes also. I can't find anything close enough.
