From what I've heard, it's her mother who takes care of her grand children when her daughters are abroad.Besides, Lou frequently takes him with her.

Regarding her child I think he's either with her at the shows or maybe with some Nanny or friend of Lou while she's at the shows.
As far as I know she's in NY for a theatre play at the end of September, and she's already there, I doubt that she'd leave her kid alone for such a long time.
I'm thinking about the interview in which she stated that she's like an "african mom", which means that your child has to adapt to your way of living and not the other way around. That's been the interview in which she said she'd take him to bars or concerts with her.
And she said in a recent interview that she'd whish to have some projects in NY so that she could rent an apartement and send Marlowe to school there.
