I might be wrong, but I don't think that's her. The outfit does not look like something she would wear. Also, that image originated from Jak & Jil. Tommy Ton usually names the people he photographs; there was no mentioning of Lou.

the title of the blog I found this read doillon, now I have to say I'm not too sure either.
